Expressive Arts for Well-Being is founded by Kate Roos.

Kate is a registered art therapist, certified trauma sensitive yoga facilitator, and a mindful meditation practitioner. For many years, Kate has worked with adults and kids in a variety of settings including schools, teen centers, clinics, hospitals, and non-profit organizations. Kate deeply believes in the power of the expressive arts to support us in healing and well-being, creating connections with ourselves and others, building community, and sparking moments of joy.

*If you are an expressive arts practitioner and would be interested in collaboratively working on a class or workshop, please contact Kate.
